Cindy,
What an amazing journey you are on! Praise God for not staying in the box we so often impose on Him! Thank you for sharing your story and I can't WAIT to hear what God continues to do in the life of your family and this beautiful little girl.

What about the girl with her arm around her? They must be friends. Does she have a family yet?

Lori,

I don't know. I can't see her face well enough to know if she was on the waiting list or not. Some of the orphans have docs proving orphan status before the earthquake - those are the ones matched to families in hopes that the HOPE act will pass and they can come to the U.S. But some are new orphans or orphans without docs proving orphan status before earthquake and those have not been matched. That's about all I know.
