So beautiful! How amazing that this leg of the journey is FINALLY over isn't it? BTW - I have to agree. I don't heart roosters either!
What a beautiful story come true. How I wish I could have been at the airport to witenss such an amazing little girl begin her new journey in life.
May God continue to bless your family.
Absolutely awesome...brought tears to my eyes...and warmed my heart so.
We are so close to bringing home our twins...they're almost 6 years old...and your story in pictures is how I always imagined it going down. (hoping- and also can't wait for the first hot bath thing! Prob in hotel in the way home even! I can hardly wait!) Bless you..and all...in this long...heart wrenching process...that you showed the light at the end of the tunnel of...beautifully. xoxo

what beautiful photos that tell an even more beautiful story. someone posted your blog on our adoption group website with a link to the post back in july. it came at the perfect time in my day. i am in the very end stages of adopting 2 little boys from the congo (filed our i600 2 weeks ago). i am at that... "i don't know if i can take it any longer"... stage. then i read your post. sobbed. and felt renewed. thank you for these pictures as a reminder today that it will come to an end. and it will be beautiful.
